This article explores the possibilities of drawing as a tool for the technical characterization of fortification and explains its use on the studies published by the author in the last 25 years. A drawing-based research methodology is systematized after considering an initial intuitive reflection: if drawing is the key to designing fortifications, drawing should be the key to interpreting them. Various examples are studied in order to analyze the different types of information available, the analysis tools based on drawing accuracy and fortification principles, and the methodological development of various graphic techniques.

An e-Learning solution is made up of three fundamental elements: platform, contents and communicative tools, and the costs can be extremely varied because of the diversity of the specific needs. On the other hand, the quality of the contents depends on one necessary, though insufficient, condition for the success of the training program. The design of the contents must be undertaken, according to norms, by didactic methodology experts with the objective of responding to: adecuacy to the necessities, interactivity, adecuate structure for its proper assimilation and accessibility, independently of the platform supporting the contents.

Likewise, they have to respond to: inter-operability, re-usability and durability. More and more there's talk of the possibilities that informal training offers within organizations, however, it's not very certain that we know of a way to conscientiously foment informal training within organizations through their HR departments.
